*What is Remy hair ?

Virgin Indian Hair (unprocessed Remy) is the Best and Highest quality hair on the market. Virgin Indian Hair is hair that has not been chemically altered and its roots and tips are running in the same direction.

 

* Can I color Any Textured Hair?

Yes. Any textured hair is 100% unprocessed Indian Remy hair that can be colored and or bleached any level desired. However when coloring hair we recommend that you consult with a professional.

 

* Does Indian Hair require maintenance? 

Absolutely, treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. (Pantene andorganix coconut milk recommended) Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your Indian hair once per week, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products.*** Please use wide big tooth comb.***

 

* How long will this hair last?

With good maintenance, this hair can last up to 1-3yrs. Please treat this hair as your own. Please remember that excessive heat and/or color can/will result in the reduction of its natural pattern of the hair.

 

* Does this hair shed?

Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. To help with shedding each bundle is double wefted. However, to prevent any and all shedding we recommend that if your stylist applies Weft sealer along the track of each bundle of hair upon the installation as well as stitching and knotting AROUND  the weft and not through the weft of the tracks (if a sew in install is being done).This will definitely help prevent shedding. Remember, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.

SHIPPING

 

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service or fedexand take approximately 3-5 business days. once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping.

Ebanks Best Hair Collectionisn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Ebanks Best Hair Collection does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped. All packages require a signature at delivery.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.
